No data

Dear sky. Due to some network issue there is no mobile Internet in my area for around 10 days now with fix date for tomorrow. I received a text from sky. As apology we give you unlimited data over weekend.

Unlimited Not working data due to mentioned issue. Anyone want to explain? Because for now it looks just silly.

If I'm understanding this correctly your second image appears to suggest a local mast is being worked on. As Sky don't own or maintain any mobile phone masts there is nothing Sky can do and it just seems unfortunate that this work coincided with the data offer.

@Krzysztof1981  One of your images can't be approved as it displays your postcode.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Others who have the same issue have reported that ordering then using a replacement sim has fixed the issue for them:

Sorry but you completely missed the point. If you read both photos (uploaded again without postcode) then whole story is

Sky is giving me unlimited data! It's not working as they are still working on issues. But it's unlimited.

As per ordering new sims. Sims are working fine in other locations. It's about giving customers fake gift.

Hi @Krzysztof1981  i think there are two separate things here, the free data offer over the weekend was for the mass service outage that affected many customers last week, it's not linked to your upgrade work.
