No data or calls in Italy can only use the WiFi

In Italy phone hasn't worked without wi fi since I arrived . Grandson has same phone and his phone worked perfectly. Have followed all the instructions on the help page but nothing works . Any help would be appreciated

I have 1

iphone 15 and have followed  all the instructions on sky help for no calls/or WiFi abroad . Last solution is phone sky🤣🤣no good if you can't make calls x
