Accessing my mobile account online
Cancelled my Sky products however I still use Sky network for my mobile. I have just been sent an email saying that my sim only deal is about to expire. I am unable to access details of my mobile account as I used to and therefore cant make any adjustments to it. Followed the link in the email that Sky sent to me notifying me of the end of the contract and it directs me to pages where Sky is trying to sell me something. I would like to be able to see my account online please.
