No data on my device

I switched to Sky Mobile with a new device iPhone 16 from Vodafone 3 weeks ago!

 

I still cannot use my phone for calls texts messages data etc unless I connect to WiFi 

 

I have been in touch with Sky on all platforms and still no closer to solving this issue.

Hi @Jo265  have you tried a replacement sim ? Did you activate your sky sim then port your number ? Did the port work ?

Have you reset the network?
Settings>General>Transfer or reset phone>Reset>Reset Network settings. This will reset WiFi settings as well so you'll have to set it up again.
Otherwise sign in to your Mobile account & resend the network settings to the phone.
