it says I owe £125 for my next bill for sky mobile can I ask why please?

What does the breakdown of your online bill say it's for? Any roaming?

Have you cancelled any contracts/services recently? If yes then it might be your final bill amount.
Do you have a phone on contract which you have traded in? If yes then the phone trade in price doesn't fully cover the cost of the old phone so you've been charged the difference.
