Hi there. So I've been sent a new sim from Sky in order for me to activate and keep my number from lebara. I've requested the PAC code and given it to Sky but they've sent me a new number instead? I followed all the steps correctly and really want to keep my existing number. I can't get hold of customer services at the moment due to technical issue issues 😑

Hi @Rebecca+watts  when you activate a new sim from sky it will have a new number. When you give sky your PAC then the number transfers the next working day and replaces the new sky one.

Yes that's correct.
What will happen is that once the pac code is given to Lebara then it'll take a few days to transfer the number - you should receive an email confirming this. You can either wait for this then swap the old sim for the sky sim or do it beforehand & restart the phone once the number has transferred.
Either way if the number doesn't show after the transfer then you'll might need to reset the network settings on the phone.
