No caller ids

Anyone know why my iPhone doesn't accept no caller id

Wjat do you mean by "doesn't accept no caller id" as calls from people who have witheld their caller ID not coming through to your phone ?

When a no caller id calls I go to answer it and it hangs up. I miss all my doctors and hospital calls

Have you made sure this is set to off:

 

Settings > Phone, then scroll down, tap Silence Unknown Callers and turn this off if it is set to on.

I have just done all the checks. It is off, it's just doing update hopefully the thing sorts itself out
