No call

I switched over yesterday to sky and am unable to make calls, I have even made sure WiFi calling is on but nothing! I have had 6 weeks of hell with sky trying to get the SIM cards and get them to work, I have been promised call backs from managers and everytime they have let me down. I am honestly so fed up with the whole situation. Please please please can someone just help!

If your SIM card has been activated have you tried it in a different unlocked phone to see if it works ?

 

You say you switched to Sky yesterday, do you mean you transfered your number from a different network, if so does your phone itself now show the correct number ?
