No billing details

I had sky TV and sky mobile and could see all my bills on the sky app.

I have cancelled sky TV but still have a mobile sim.

I cannot see my mobile sim bills.

I have tried relinking but I get a message saying I have already been linked.

Hi @JCM5  if you are sure you are using the same login details and it's still not working then you may need to call sky on 150 for help.
