No account details

Since I changed to super fast broadband I have lost all my mobile account details and this stopped me from upgrading, it says I'm linked but this is incorrect

You might need to link your broadband account to your Sky ID as per this:

Many thanks iwas lucky enough to speak to agent whi has arranged for an engineer to call because the problem was something else
