Iphone 13. Have just been using overseas on Roaming and now that we are back in the UK I cannot get on the internet unless in a wifi zone. Message coming up is "You are not connected to the internet" and there is no carrier appearing on the top right of screen, any ideas?
Have toggled airplane mode, have toggled mobile data, rebooted...help

If you've very recently returned from abroad try this...
Apple:
Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Home.
Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Home.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

Hi Daniel
THanks for the quick response, when i go settings, mobile service, sim app;licaitons, the only options (under sky menu) is roaming and within the roaming bbutton is
(Primary) roaming
Automatic
SKy settings
Partner settings
If i click on Automatic is says "Already Active"

SIM application probably set to 'Roaming'.
Change it in your settings.
