No Internet

I have an iPhone 14 and can not access Internet unless I'm on wifi. My home broadband is down so I have to go on my husband's phone. Sky help is a joke. I can't update my settings as I can't get on the website with my phone. No help whatsoever from Sky, they said it must be a problem with their local mast, funny that as my husband is with Sky also.

Some suggestions:
Try Turning the phone off then on.
If you can use WiFi or your husband's phone's  hotspot then try going to your mobile account & requesting the settings for Sky, if that doesn't work then check the phone's settings to see if they match these: https://www.internetsettings.org/en/united-kingdom/sky-mobile-apn-settings/
