Calls showing as unknown

All my calls on the Sky network are coming in as unknown despite the caller being in my contacts. This is a dual SIM phone and my other network is functioning fine. 

I've seen on line others are having the same issue. Any one got a a suggestion as how to fix or is it a network problem ?

Hi redmi 15. Xiaomi.  I now have no network at all, I think the SIM has failed. I've tried iiit in two other phones, no luck. So I'll ask for a replacement.

Hi All,

I'm afraid there is a fault with the Sky 4g network and some phones. My caller ID doesn't work even though the numbers are in my contacts list. When I try to dial my wife on Sky I get "on another call at the moment". When I call on EE, same phone dual SIM, it rings straight through. I'm a rider for Blood Bikes and I keep my second SIM for that purpose. It's no longer reliable so I'm leaving Sky.  We've tried everything.
