Data issues

I have the new Samsung S26 Ultra. I did have the Esim and now have a physical Sim (I thought the issue must be sim related but I am still having it, so, should rule that out)

The issue that I am having is that I lose data after I have been roaming. I live in Ireland near the border so it is common to be roaming. The problem is that after I have been roaming, data is just disconnected and wont turn on even if I turn it off and on again in the settings. I was on to Sky and we tried some things like refreshing the settings again. They were adamant that it would be corrected and would work but the only way of testing was to go roaming. The fix right now is to physically turn it off and on again, not ideal.

So, I will be tring to speak to SKY again, I wonder if anyone has ever had this problem and can suggest a fix. Is it a phone issue or would it be SKY settings or something. Any help is very much appreciated.
