No Internet or messaging

Hi folks ,

 

so never had this issue been with sky for 4 years now.

twice this week I have had 2 days where despite having 3/4/5G I cannot send or receive text messages or use any Internet based apps eg : what's app / Facebook and Internet.

the only thing I can do is call people and use WiFi 

anyone experiencing this ? Thanks

If not then does a reboot of your device kick things back into life ?

I have this issue today too- nothing all day despite resets and turn off etc

Hi thanks for your response , I have done the above , taken my SIM card out and cleaned it still no resolve
