Whenever my phone has less then multiple bars of 5g I have little to no data service 4G is slow and often fails to provide data services. 3G never works if I have a 3G signal I can't even send WhatsApp's or iMessages. I've reset all my network settings multiple times, have also reset my iPhone back to factory setting nothing rectifies it. Sky customer service have been little to no help.
