No Calls In, No calls Out. Getting Not Registered on Network message when i select Sky

 Since Monday when i returned from France I have been unable to make ingoing or outgoing calls. when i try i get the message Not Registered on Network. when I try to select Sky from the available networks list i get the message Unable to Connect try later. I've tried all the suggested soltions on the Sky website but to no avail. Whats is my  brain not seeing?

If you've very recently returned from abroad try this

 

Apple:

Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Home.

 

Android:

Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Home.

Thanks for this. However I cannot find the tabs you refer to on my Samsng A54. However under SIM Manager it says SIM 1 Unknown Number. `could thid be the problem? On My Sky it only has my old A20e listed
