Returned iphone

Hi

Following an upgrade I have returned my old iPhone in the correct packaging but I have not had any acknowledgement that Sky have received it. How can I chase it?

Hi @cooper16pauline  you can use the tracking from the Post Office that you received to see if they have received it and when. It then takes 2-3 weeks for the return to be processed.
