No 4G/5G

No internet if not on WiFi , no 3G/4G etc so can't sending iMessages, access WhatsApp   Or any apps when not on WiFi. Tried all fixes suggested online, skyway mast problem. I need this fixed.

You may not be aware but this is a customer to customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services to report this by posting on here. Sky don't own or maintain any mobile phone masts so once it has been reported you will be relying on a third party repair.
