New sky mobile never arrived

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Sky. My iPhone 17 Pro was supposed to be delivered by DPD on 2nd October, but it was lost by DPD on the same day.

 

Since then, I’ve spent over 18 hours on the phone trying to get this resolved.  it’s been escalated four times, and I’ve made two formal complaints, yet a month later I still have no update or replacement phone.

 

As a long time Sky customer, I would have expected far better service and communication than this. It’s completely unacceptable to leave a customer without resolution for this long. Can someone please take ownership and provide a clear update on when I will actually receive my phone?

You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

 

Having made a complaint Sky will need to investigate this in conjunction with DPD so it takes time. Sky have up to 8 weeks to resolve a complaint or issue a 'deadlock' letter.
