New sim for a mobile bill charged to wrong mobile number

Received new SIM card await transfer to keep my old number today and received a bill already showing sim number not my mob number which I will be using

The number shown is the number that comes with the sim and not the number you are transferring from this other network.

If you've activated the Sky SIM without giving the PAC code then a new number will be allocated (and charged for).

 

Once you apply the PAC code then everything will change to the transferred number.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
