New sim and mobile calls not connecting

Transferred from EE to Sky. on iPhone 16pro max.

EE were using a virtual sim so the sky sim went in to empty slot. Now installed ok. 
can send/receive txt mags, use internet, receive phone calls ok. When I dial out I get msg 'connecting' but the call never connects. HELP.
