Hi I would like to order a new phone through sky tonight but keep the old one I'm checking to see would they take the money that I owe for old phone off with my new bill from my 1st of month bill or would they like it sooner ?

As you are keeping your old phone then everything carries on as usual. The only reason Sky would want it paid off is if you were to send it back and the value they said it was worth wasn't enough as then you would have to pay the difference on the next bill but as you are keeping it this doesn't apply to you.

The billing date will remain the same if that is what you are asking so when you receive this new phone you will be paying for two until the other one has been paid off.

Re: New phones

Good morning, I bought a cell phone and it was on its way and came back to you, what is the reason?

@Dhulia

This might have happened if you have failed the second more enhanced credit check that takes place. You can call Sky to find out if this is what has happened as they can answer this for you but as Sky is not allowed to view your financial records they can not tell you why you have failed the check. You might want to look into this yourself by signing up to a site that allows you to view your records, one credit checking site they use is Experian so you could sign up to a free trial with them, just remember to cancel.

If this is the case then any upfront charges that you have paid should be refunded within about 14 days.
