New phone

I have j just put my SIM card into my new iPhone 16. All the data has transferred but I am not able to download any emails.

Have you set the email app up as I don't believe that happens automatically.

Have you set up the accounts on the new phone or re-authorised them if they did transfer?
Modern email security most likely will require the account to be set up again in order to authorise the connection to the account.
