Hiya,
I recently upgraded my phone and took a new number with a new provider, since then I cannot log into my sky on the app or the browser on my new phone. (iPhone 16)
on the browser it says 'we are running into issues' and on the app when I click get started it comes up with access denied and an error code. It all works perfectly fine on my old phone? Please can someone help as it's driving me mad.
