Stolen free gift
Right where do i start i ordered a Google pixel 9 pro xl to which there was a free gift of a pair of buds pro 2 after a fortnight i could apply for through Google, which I did but unfortunately they got stolen in the post , I rang the royal mail because the had the balls to post a clearly ripped bag with nothing in it and they said not there problem you can't claim through us you have to contact the seller, so I rang sky not there problem either, so I rang Google they want to no every single ins and out and I have to prove I didn't steal it which I have had no reply, to say I'm annoyed is a understatement, what I want to know is if I don't receive my gift do I have the right to cancel my mobile contract?

No.
But you have an unconditional right to cancel within 31 days.

Re: Stolen free gift

Re: Stolen free gift
Hi @Flash18 if you are passed the 31 day cooling off period then you can't cancel. As the offer is with Google then it's them that you need to follow up with, it's not really a sky mobile issue.
