@Kenneth16  No one here will know when your phone will be delivered, have you checked your order trac,ing page in the mysky app?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

No we can't. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are here to try to help other customers. You aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services here.


As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
