Website and mobile app issues

I have had a continuing problem with the mobile section of my sky and even sky online. 

everytime I want to upgrade or view my CCA agreements I'm met with a "ooos something went wrong message". I have had this issue FOR YEARS and constantly told "it's all fine our end" 

 

it's incredibly frustrating as I want to do a quick upgrade and end up having to sit in a calm queue and do it manually! 

anyone else had this issue and had it successfully resolved? What's the point int the app and my sky of it doesn't actually work properly?!

Try contacting the socisl mefis team to see if they can help you with this. Sky can also be contacted via Facebook Messenger as well as the other sites links of which can be found at the bottom of this page.
