New mobile still - in progress

Ordered a new phone 3 weeks ago.. and its still saying 'in progress' even though I ordered next day delivery. Please can I have an update.

Then why does the Sky phone triage send you to here... rather than putting us through to an agent. Wasiting everyone's time.

Hi @CraigMurray1  the latest on your order is in your order status, keep an eye out there for updates. You normally receive information for tracking purposes by email the evening before delivery.
