New mobile advice

Hi Iv ordered a new phone for my daughter it's arrived today She's at uni so I'll be sending it to her 

will she need to set up her own Sky app to set up her new device or do I just do it on mine and give her the details of f my account ? I'm the bill payer 

Iv tried to ring sky for advice and can't get through to speak to anyone I just keep getting the annoying messages !

Hi @Andrea98  she will need to use your login details to access the account and be able to keep an eye on it and use the piggybank if needed.
