Send phone back

I am currently trying to send my old phone back to sky however I can't find my phones original box that it came in (the apple box) what do I do?

Hi @Ali23561  if you call sky on 150 they will explain how to return your phone and send packaging. Is this part of a swap ? Or are you trying to return the phone in the 31 day cooling off period. If it's still in the cooling off period you would need the original box etc.
