New iPhone 17 Pro arrived chipped

My new phone arrived damaged on Friday. I called Sky straight away, after 4 conversations, I finally got told to email images of the damage to them. Yesterday I recieved a response to my email, telling me to call them again. I have just done this and been cut off twice. Has anyone dealt with a problem like this?
