What do I need to do? Fraudulent activity. Arrears letter

My uncle, who does not speak English who has recently received a letter from Sky Mobile regarding account arrears. We believe this letter is the result of fraudulent activity, as my uncle has never opened an account with Sky Mobile and has no knowledge of any outstanding balance with your company.

I have contacted your team few months back and i was told that sky mobile team will look in to this but i  never heard from your company since. I have reported this matter to EE and Tesco  Mobile as it happened the same thing to both companies and both had got back to me and closed down the account.

It appears that his personal details may have been used without his knowledge or consent to open an account fraudulently. We are very concerned about this and request that Sky Mobile investigates the matter urgently and confirms that my uncle is not liable for any charges or arrears associated with this fraudulent account.
Id appreciate if any one can direct me to the right place .

If this is happening multiple times across multiple phone providers then this could suggest that your Uncle might be providing these details somehow by responding to fake scam emails or calls that he might be receiving.

As we are customers on here then as you did before you would need to chase this up with Sky seeing as you say they have not got back to you abiut this.
