New iPhone 16pro not working

I tried to transfer data to my new iPhone 16pro The old iPhone 14 cleared the data. Now I have no mobile phone.

 I have Sky talk but don't know who to call for help

Restore the last backup you made of your phone from iCloud.

If you didn't back your old phone up then all is lost.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I did a complete backup on my old iPhone 14pro put new sim in but it refuses to let me sign in to Apple

If you have an Apple store nearby it might be worth popping in and asking them about this.
