Broke my phone and contacted sky protect. They sent me a new handset which I received yesterday they took my broke one away. Since this morning some of my contacts have disappeared, my text messages have disappeared and I cannot log into my gmail account. Tried calling sky mobile but can't get anyone to understand what my problem is. I have spoken to 4 different people. I am seriously fed up now

Thank you. I finally got through to someone on this number that was actually able to help me.
All I had to do was log out of my iCloud then log back in, then switch phone off and then back on and all my stuff magically appeared

What is the error when you try signing in to Google/GMail? If it's asking for a code from your authenticator app have you reinstalled this on the new phone & chosen to recover accounts?
Text messages may not appear as I don't think they're stored on the SIM card but on the device.
Contacts may return once signed into Gmail.

It will log into my business gmail account but not my personal. It just won't load my email. It's just blank.
All my telephone contacts were there this morning but some of them have disappeared. My husband has tried calling me but I'm not receiving his calls. It's just going straight to voicemail

150 is the number to call Sky on from this mobile.

Have you resent the settings to the phone via your mobile account page?
Have you checked the number under the phone's settings to ensure it's showing the correct one?
If you'd prefer to speak with Sky then call 150 from your phone or use the Contact us option at the bottom of the page.
