Not receiving OTP from my bank, apple wallet etc

Just moved over from Tesco to sky. I transferred my old number to new sky SIM card. Transferred has gone through and can make calls and text my contacts but can't seem to receive any codes from my bank etc. I see this has been a problem in the past from previous customers on here. But can't seem to find a fix on here. Can anyone advise.

Hi @Wee+maddy  all you can do is call sky on 150 to see if they can find the problem.
