New esim disaster

First time ordering a esim on my phone which was originally on sky mobile anyway and it gave me a second sim instead of replacing the data package. What do i do as i have 2 sims active on my phone now

Call Sky on 150 and decide which one you want to cancel.

Any new SIM you activate will be in addition to any existing SIMs.  (And will have a new phone number)

 

If you are trying to keep your number and apply a new data plan then this cannot be done easily.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
