New eSIM can’t make a call

Hi, I've updated eSIM on phone and now I can't make or receive a call?

Replacement eSIM now I can’t make calls

Hi, I have no way of getting intouch with sky or anyone, I was to update my eSIM which I done successfully and now when I try to make calls it's silent nothing happens, please help this number must be accessible

I sorted the issue , I have a dual eSIM phone and I confused myself.
