New device

I have a contract with you guys my phone is in the police station at the moment I’m not looking at to get it back any time soon how do I get another device I want to block that sim if I can and keep my sim what I have but a new number please

If you want another device then you'll have to buy one...

 

You can request a replacement SIM - this will cancel the existing one and the replacement will be activated with the same phone number.

Yes, you need to contact Sky.  You're just talking to other customers here...

To order a replacement sim you will need to call Sky.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
