Accessing sky.com/sim

I'm trying to activate my new sim card however for a number of hours I receive a message stating there is a problem/ error.

Do you have another phone that you could use to contact Sky, if not they can be contacted via social media like Facebook messenger or WhatsApp or the links at the bottom of this page,

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Thanks for replying and sorry for not clarifying ! I am trying to activate my sim like the original poster but I keep getting an error message online saying they're having technical difficulties and to come back later, it seems to be an issue people have a lot. I wonder does it ever get sorted or will I need a new sim sent out. Also when I try to call customer service I speak with them for about 30 seconds and then get cut off. Not sure what to do!

I would try the phone route again and if the same happens you could use social media to contact Sky but you will have to wait until tomorrow to do this.
