I'm trying to activate my new sim card however for a number of hours I receive a message stating there is a problem/ error.

Thanks for replying and sorry for not clarifying ! I am trying to activate my sim like the original poster but I keep getting an error message online saying they're having technical difficulties and to come back later, it seems to be an issue people have a lot. I wonder does it ever get sorted or will I need a new sim sent out. Also when I try to call customer service I speak with them for about 30 seconds and then get cut off. Not sure what to do!
