New device

I'm looking at adding a new device to my mobile plan my bill is always at the end of the month 28th. If I add the new device just now when will I need to pay for it? Will it just be added onto the bill at the end of the month?

It will be added to that bill so the billing date should be the same I would have thought although the first couple might see you billed more as it will be back dated to the date you took ownership of it.
