I often recieve calls from the doctors surgery, hospitals or my children's schools. These are ohone lines which have 1 telephone number but multiple phones connected to that number, i guess for different departments in the buildings.
when i get a call from one of the above places my phone will ring, ill answer and then i get 3 beeps and the line goes dead.
apple say its a priblem with my service provider. Sky say its a problem with my phone.
ive had 3 apple devices through sky, multiple sim card changes and this still happens. I have 2 chikdren with sky devhces and sim cards and they have the same issue but not as much as i do.
has anyone else had this problem?
also i cant revieve sms messages, i have to do a forced reset and then it works again.
