I have just ordered myself and my wife a new phone and sim contract. We are moving from another provider to sky. The issue I have is I have not received any confirmation email. I have logged in and cannot see any order history. Am I jumping the gun and will receive something soon or is there an issue?

If nothing appears then this will be because further financial checks that will be carried out so if you pass these checks then you should be able to track it sometime over the coming week possibly sometime tomorrow.
