Hello,
i recently ordered a new iPhone 15 pro max, with the 48 months contract for my partner with his bank information. and I had an email from DPD saying
'Return to consignor has been requested' Has anyone ever had this problem before?

Strange this happened to me today aswell. I ordered on Friday afternoon it took a while to confirm so assumed they were running checks it all got confirmed Friday night and have had all me emails saying it's all ok. You can't tell me they run the checks after the phone has been dispatched? Seeing they have had my order since Friday afternoon?

Honestly that's so strange, hopefully you'll hear something back from them tomorrow.
It's annoying having to find out an iPhone you haven't even got even though it 'passed' through basic credit checks is already being returned without any explanation from Sky.

They then run a second deeper credit check which might be where the issue is.
