As a Gold VIP customer I saw a good deal on a 20GB SIM for only £10 per month. I'm already on £6 a month and wanted more data. My SIM arrived and activated the SIM and on MySky it still shows the SIM as not activated and my SIM as still on the old one. I have physically replaced the old sim with the new one.
I don't want to be paying for something I can't use. Any thoughts please. This was about 4 days ago and still not showing my new SIM card. When I try to type the code in again it just says it has already been activated. Help please.

Thank you for this. Sadly I threw out my other SIM as I stupidly thought that there would be any problems. The bizarre thing is that I can still make calls etc.

Ah ok. How do I cancel the other SIM? There doesn't seem to be an option on MySky.

I'm having this same problem have been stuck on the waiting to be activated screen for ages.now on a second sim was told it would take 6 hours. A day later it still hasn't activated

Same issue waiting 2 days now, not a great experience so far on Sky mobile, well I say on! I have a phone I can't use!!

I've had trouble for a week now.
It's put me off i think I'm sending my phone back.
Feel like going somewhere else now.
Has the problem been solved yet?
I havent tried for day's.
Hope it's sorted soon.

I also have the same issue. Have gone through 3 sims & 3.5 hours of phone calls. Loads of promised call backs that never happen and useless customer arrive team that can't do anything other than say "just wait another 24 hours. Very frustrated and angry with Sky.

I activated a new replacement sim and now my signal is greyed out, calls won't go through and i'm not sure what happening, can anyone help?
