@viki115 but..my mobile or Smart TV wont accept my password now,
You don't need to enter a password in your phone unless the phone isn't from Sky and is locked to your previous network so what actually is this password you are trying to enter ?

I was with Vodafone but switched to Sky (mobile) on 9th April and Broadband today, given my PAC code so I kept my No. Sky says SIM activated but havent been able to receive calls or texts since then? Set Broadbnad up today (all lights are on) but my mobile and smart tv says password is wrong (been trying for last 2 hours). Ive tried sky password on back of hub and my own, still not working. Im tearing my hair out now and wish Id never switched!!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreFor the call and sending text issue is the phone you are using unlocked because if it is locked to Vodafone you will need to speak to them about getting it unlocked.
For the Wi-Fi password for your devices if it isn't the password on the back of the Sky hub have you tried the same one you can use to login to the hub via a web browser:

I cant even get in vodafone to switch back, cos they need to text me a code which I cant receive!
