New Esim not activating

I've received a new phone and want to transfer my eSim to the new phone.

 

Since it's not possible to transfer the sim I have requested a new one, got the QR code and activation PIN but everytime I try and activate it fails.

 

Have tried a different handset and also retried generating a new eSIM but neither work.

 

I have also installed other eSIMS before without issue (and indeed the last SIM I had from Sky was an eSIM) so its not an error on my side.

 

Any ideas on what to do?

 

I'd be happy to take a physical SIM instead but dont have that option in my account any more.

I finally managed to get it working, it appears that even when I requested a new SIM the one issued (which had a date and time stamp on it) was from yesterday. So I used the confirmation code sent to me yesterday (instead of the one sent today) and that worked and allowed me to install the eSIM.
