New Device

I bought this new device Pro 17 and it was delivered to a wrong house by DPD. Call DPD they confirmed that it was wrong house number and I reach out to our community page and put the photo sent by DPD. A lady reached out to me saying that she has returned it to the driver. Until now nothing has been delivered. Sky and DPD are aware and they are sorting it out.
But my problem is, now  Sky wants to charge me with this new device which I havent even received, or even used it. I dont know whose fault is this, asking for advice please.

The system is automatic.  I would recommend paying it as failure could impact your credit history (And will be a pain to fix).

Whoever's fault it is it is for Sky to resolve.  Raise a complaint if necessary.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
