Sim activation

Hi 

 

I've upgraded my daughters phone and data plan. She's put her new sim in the new phone and it it is working fine but the data plan is still the old one not the unlimited data I have now bought her. I've tried to contact sky but can't seem to get help directly from them. Please help as I now have two data plans!

Hi @SAM462  the new plan and sim will have a new number. Her old sim will still be active and have her old number on it. To get the old number onto the new sim you will need to port the old number using a PAC to a different network on PAYG then port it back. 

edit. It looks like you may have activated the new sim as a replacement sim so that too would just use the old number and plan.
