Looking to upgrade 3 months early & have some questions...
I have been given a valuation of £220 for my phone. £75 pay off the contract. Will I get the £145 difference in my bank or do they credit it to my mobile bill?
Also, do I need to do an 'upgrade' on my sim separately? I need a new deal!

You can change your data package at the same time but you shoule beaware that most sim offers only apply if you take out a new sim so you would be paying for a second one.
